Help your treatment work!

Whatever you are using as a treatment, make sure you are giving it a push by doing your homework and laughing a lot, think positive and try to eliminate stress (as much as possible) from your life.  The following video I came across, is consistent with Dr. Lissa Rankin theory, that explains that stress and negativity turns on our fight or flight response in our brains, and prevents our bodies from healing.
